Thank you for taking the time to visit our Justgiving page! We are five students currently undertaking the Volunteering Module in the second year of BA (Hons) Animal Welfare and Society and we have chosen to dedicate our time volunteering by organising fundraising events to support Brooke. Brooke, Action for Working Horses and Donkeys, is an international charity that protects and improves the lives of donkeys and mules.  For 600 million people across the world, 100 million of these animals are the core of communities and their best means of making a living. Brooke’s staff of local vets, animal welfare experts, advocacy and development specialists help bring about lasting improvements to the lives of working animals.
