Story

I'm taking part in Walk of Light 2022 on 26th March, in support of Blood Cancer UK. People affected by blood cancer faced an unimaginably difficult year last year and I'm taking part in Walk of Light to support everyone affected by blood cancer and to light the way to a brighter future. For more information about Blood Cancer UK please visit www.bloodcancer.org.uk.

This Charity if particularly close to my heart as I am currently in remission from Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. March 2022 will mark one year in remission for me all being well and everything crossed! Without the research into treatment for blood cancer and the fantastic care and treatment from the NHS and immense support of friends and family I would  not be here today to tell my story…

Myself and a great bunch of friends including some fluffy ones will be completing Walk of Light to raise funds for Blood Cancer UK. If you feel like you would like to donate and support a great cause I will be extremely grateful and also thank you all for your support so far on what has been a rollercoaster of a couple of years!
