Story
In May a group of Rachael's family and friends are doing The Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge to raise money for Dove House Hospice in Hull. Rachael was diagnosed with inflammtory breast cancer a few months after her 40th birthday and despite intensive treatment she sadly lost her battle with the disease just before Christmas.
Rachy was one of the most courageous, inspirational and brave women. Despite the intensive treatment she remained positive and always had a smile on her face. She always thought of others and was proactive throughout even running the Pretty Mudder to raise money for Cancer Research soon after diagnosis and walking Pen-Y-Ghent soon after chemotherapy and surgery.
The staff at Dove House Hospice provided incredible care and support to both Rachael and her family and friends at one of the most difficult times, they couldn't do enough to help, we will all be forever thankful. With this in mind and with your help we want to raise as much money as possible to help support their ongoing valuable work.
