My dear dad was diagnosed with cancer of the larynx 4 years ago, he had the op to remove his voice box and had to learn how to breath through a hole in his neck, I never heard my dads voice again after that. My dad lived on his own and suffered very badly with mental health. He was my life :( I took care of him as best I could, two years ago the cancer had come back but moved to his lungs and was diagnosed terminal, this destroyed him! And me :( I carried on taking care of him till it got to much and had to find a care home. He hated it, he was so down, it was so hard to watch my dad crumbling in front of me. He battled on for 18 months when he finally took his last breath this July 23rd.....miss him so much! 

I’m so sad and so down I need a focus...and this is it 🥊
