Thanks for visiting my page. Last Sunday I abseiled down the Guy's Hospital Tower, all 469 feet of it!  It was great fun and I would recommend it.

I am raising money for Retrak, a fantastic charity that looks after street children in Africa. 

All sponsorship money will go to the charity (except the little bit that goes to justgiving) as someone has already paid my entry fee.
