Story

So, what do you do before you turn thirty? Good question? ... so I wrote a list which started along the lines of....

1) Feel as fit at 30 as I did at 20... (see details on how I aim to achieve this below.....)

2) Jump out a plane (www.justgiving.com/jumpbeforethirty)

3) ......and so on.. the list goes on....

I'm signed up for many sporting events over the coming months and I'll update my results as I go along (some of them with team mates along the way, including my mum!)

06/05/09 Battersea Park London 5km Run 27mins 21secs (flying solo)

20/06/07 Edinburgh Moon Walk 1/2 Marathon 4hr14min38secs (with my Mum, Freda C and Debbie M)

24/06/09 Glasgow Green 5km Run 25mins 29secs (with Timmy M and Scottish Train Engineers!)

04/07/09 Eton Challenge Triathlon 800m swim, 30.6km bike, 7.5km run 2hrs 4mins (with T Pfab)

06/09/09 Great Scottish Run 1/2 Marathon 2hrs 10mins 50secs (with Fi Roberts GUJC)

04/10/09 Loch Ness Marathon (with Boydy GURFC in my minikilt for Scotlands homecoming)

And, while doing it, why not do it for charity?? especially one very close to my heart :o)
