Nine years ago I lost my mum to the terrible disease that is Cancer. Cancer research gave her a fighting chance with new drug treatments but unfortunately she didn't win the battle. So I shall be running the race for life again to raise money to help science find new treatments and cures to detect and fight cancer, so that others will be able to hear the good news that they or their loved one has won the battle against this terrible disease.
