Yes it's true I'm running the 2009 Great North Run & not sure I know what I have let myself in for!!!  One thing I am sure is that I'm running for a really good cause in the Breakthrough Breast Cancer Charity so please give as much as you can, as we all know a friend or family member that has touched by breast cancer.
