Hello and help!   I'm doing my Race for Life TODAY at Trentham - it's the muddy one!  I'd be really grateful for any help you can give to raise money for cancer research so please sponsor me!  

There's a possibility that I won't be breaking any world records this time as I'm not quite at my peak in terms of physical fitness (!!) so I'll just have to get extra muddy! Yuk!
