The ladies from Alexander Lloyd are raising funds for Chestnut Tree House in memory of Lola Geere who sadly passed away last year. We will be abseiling 180ft off of the tower at Arundel Castle! Here are a few words from Lola's dad...

"I want to thank Team Lollipop for their awesome efforts in fundraising and defying gravity in 2023!

Chestnut Tree House nurses supported our teenage daughter Lola during her palliative care at home, and then provided advice, information, support and accommodation to our family
immediately after Lola’s death in 2021. We are incredibly grateful
for the respite available to us during this very difficult period, and we are thankful to have had access to such an important facility during such challenging times.

When Lola died, we were in a state of shock, and the kind, thoughtful and caring way in which we were looked after will always stay with us. We were given the chance to say goodbye to Lola in our own time, and to create some important memories and keepsakes that will
stay with us forever.

In the weeks and months following Lola’s death, we have been able to receive therapy and counselling for our grief, also from Chestnut.
