Story
I am running the London Marathon 2013 for the first (and only!) time on 21 April. I am raising money for Trinity Hospice, which is where my courageous and inspiring friend, Sam, lost her husband, Julian, nearly two years ago to cancer.
When the unimaginable happens and your world shatters around you, you’d want to find somewhere like Trinity. With only months and sometimes just a few weeks left with your loved one, every second counts. At Trinity, it’s about living every moment. It’s a very special place – a place I found to be filled with warmth, love and happiness.
Trinity Hospice really is amazing, as are the people who work there. So I hope you will sponsor me to run the London Marathon in Julian's memory and help raise much needed funds for Trinity to continue its work.
