Thanks to some of the amazing ladies at Severn Hospice Shrewsbury, that took great care of our Grandad. He was diagnosed with Myeloma 3 years ago, to which he was given the best treatments until November last year when the treatment no longer worked. It was then that Grandad chose to have his end of life care at home. Without the help of Severn Hospice who came in every morning and night, our Grandad wouldn’t of been able to of had his last couple of weeks in peace with his family at home, the way he wanted it. Not only did they help give the best care, they were amazing support for our Grandma and our family ❤️
