On Friday 17th August 2012 I will be completing the Yacht Inn swim from Newlyn to Penzance. It is 1.3km and in the sea! I'm doing this to raise money for Cornwall Hospice Care in loving memory of my dad Trevor Swann, in appreciation of the care St Julia's Hospice gave to him.
