Myself, along with 49 other ladies (see photo opposite!) will be walking up Ben Nevis to show support to and raise money for Carla's Angels, a sub-charity of Palliative Care East based at the James Paget Hospital. 

Like most of us, I have lost loved ones to terminal illness and I also work for Palliative Care so I know that there is a need for the hundreds of patients out there, as well as their friends and families and carers.

Palliative Care East need to raise £1.5million pounds to build a purpose built centre for Patients with incurable diseases such as cancer and motor neurone disease.  We already have over £1million.  We are nearly there and hope to start building soon - with your help WE CAN DO IT.  Carla's Angels hope to raise £30,000 to build a memoral garden within the Centre.  Carla was only 33 when she died of cancer in 2009.
