<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Myself, along with 49 other ladies (see photo opposite!) will be walking up Ben Nevis to show support to and raise money for Carla's Angels, a sub-charity of Palliative Care East based at the James Paget Hospital.&nbsp;</p> <p>Like most of us, I have lost loved ones to terminal illness and I also work for Palliative Care so I know that there is a need for the hundreds of patients out there, as well as their friends and families and carers.</p> <p>Palliative Care East need to raise &pound;1.5million pounds to build a purpose built centre for Patients with incurable diseases such as cancer and motor neurone disease.&nbsp; We already have over &pound;1million.&nbsp; We are nearly there and hope to start building soon - with your help WE CAN DO IT.&nbsp; Carla's Angels hope to raise &pound;30,000 to build a memoral garden within the Centre.&nbsp; Carla was only 33 when she died of cancer in 2009.</p> <p>Please help by sponsoring me to walk up Ben Nevis.&nbsp; Those of you who know me, know that I've done a few charity runs and Race For Life and thank you for sponsoring me then, but this is different - this is further and higher than I have ever gone before!&nbsp; All expenses have been met in full so any money you donate will go directly to Carla's Angels.&nbsp;</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
