This is our 3rd Sponsored Physical Challenge, although this is the first one for 4 years! In 2017, 22 of us completed the Weymouth Half Marathon and, in 2018, 25 of us completed the Brutal Run (think I still have mud in my toenails!)

The Bournemouth Inflatable 5K/10K Run should be fun as well as a physical challenge. Our fundraisers will be running either 5K or 10K...... PLUS there'll be 16 giant inflatable obstacles every 2.5K. Therefore, 5K runners will also overcome 32 obstacles and 10K runners will overcome 64!

I'm told your legs turn to jelly!! :o
