Run 8.5 miles in one day, cycle 23 miles across two weeks or complete 215 miles across the whole month. What ever your distance, what ever your activity, make your miles count by joining our Rowvember community.

Story

This month I will do 215 miles (193.5 by bike and 21.5 rowing on an ergo in the garden) and make my miles count for AHOY.

AHOY have been supporting their community since 2003, helping thousands of disadvantaged youth and disabled adults through sailing, rowing and water-based activities.

Your donations will provide vital income for AHOY to continue to provide innovative water based activities to help change the lives of disadvantaged youth and disabled adults.

Every mile I do is another £1 given to the AHOY. Thank you for giving me the motivation!
