Story
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer yet receive less than 3% of the £500million spent on cancer research annually. As I am approaching my ten-year anniversary of being diagnosed with a brain tumour, having undergone brain surgery 4 times; plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy, I have decided to raise money to fund essential research to save others like me.
On 6 October my 7 year old son Taylor, my mother Judith and I are taking part in the 10K Twilight Walk 2019 for The Brain Tumour Charity.
Will you please consider sponsoring our endeavours? Anything you can give will make all the difference. Taylor is so proud of what he will be undertaking and is hoping to raise "lots of pennies to help people with poorly heads”.
Thanks so much,
Rachel, Judith and Taylor x
