Throughout the whole of March, I’m setting myself a challenge of walking a minimum of 10,000 steps a day, every day! Join me in my challenge and you will see the benefits to your body both physically and mentally. Each day I will be posting an interesting and informative fact about how walking and general movement can benefit your health and longevity.
In addition, I am raising money for Mental Health UK, and would appreciate any small donation for such a great cause. As a result of the pandemic, people are experiencing severe challenges to their mental health and well-being. The impact of social isolation, health worries and uncertainty are taking their toll on everyone, and are having to cope with exacerbated feelings of anxiety, depression, isolation and helplessness.
