Big Stay Awake 2022, 25 February 2022
We want to shine a light on the incredible work our Health Care Assistants do, supporting patients and their carers at home, normally sitting with them overnight. Could you give up a nights sleep to raise funds for Hospice of the Valleys?

Story

This is my second year of taking part in the Big Stay Awake.

Last year we took part to say a huge thank you for the support the hospice gave to the care home I worked in.

This year I now work for the hospice   and see first hand the difference that Hospice @ Home makes. I speak daily to people who use the service and know how much this service means to them. I have also gotten to know the fantastic HCA's who work for the service and the invaluable nurses who support these people.

So this year, along with my niece Lilly-Jo, I will be giving up a nights sleep to raise money for this fantastic service. In order to stay awake we will be playing a variety of board games to see who can become our board game champion.

If you can give, please help us raise money for this fantastic service.
