Hello lovely people!

I will be taking part in the JP Morgan Challenge to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, Mind and Prostate Cancer UK, where I will be running 5.6km... as fast as I can :o)

I hope you are simply keen to sponsor me anyway, however... if this is not the case, you will be pleased to know I have registered a ridiculous time which is verging on 'elite' athlete, which we all know I am NOT! Fun times ahead with less than a month to improve my time!!!!
