Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In May 2012 we were in the desperately sad situation of Tony, our dearly loved dad and grandad, needing somewhere he could be cared for with love, dignity and comfort during his last days with us.
Thankfully, St. Andrew's Hospice had space and welcomed us. literally and metaphorically, with open arms and ensured that we all had a safe place and tender care at the bleakest of times.
Tony died on 16th May 2012 and is terribly missed and deeply mourned.
The hospice relies on charitable donations in order to continue its amazing work. So, at midnight on Friday 6th July I shall put on my pyjamas and walk 11 miles through the night round the streets of Grimsby and Cleethorpes, in a bid to raise funds so I can 'give something back' in appreciation of what they did for us.
Please, if you're able, donate whatever can spare to this wonderful oasis, so that this work can continue and bless other patients and families.
Thank you
