Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am running the Manchester 10k for the message trust which is a charity that I'm passionate about.

They have transformed hundreds of thousands of lives over the last two decades. They work with some of the hardest to reach young people to tackle issues such as anti-social behaviour, offending, unemployment and self-image issues. The message trust works in the toughest schools, prisons and neighbourhoods across the nation.
