3T have been a supporter of Rainbows Hospice for many years but this year we are upping the ante and pushing ourselves (some more than others).

I am participating in the Cummins corporate relay (3.25 miles each) on Sunday 26th October, others are participating in

half marathons on Sunday 21st September and Sunday 26th October and some are running through the muddiest and murkiest water, up and down the steepest hills and over some of the very best obstacles in the 10k Major Series on 27th September.
