Adam died of a massive heart attack on the morning of 21st December 2020. He was fit and healthy and exercise was a major part of his life.  Despite having had regular health checks, including a thorough check of his heart, no underlying issues had been found.  We want to raise funds in his memory to fund research into heart disease and heart attacks so that others may not have to suffer the pain of losing someone so wonderful.
