We are participating in the 13 mile Jurassic Coast Walk in memory of our wonderful Nan who passed away on 30.03.19 after a short illness. The fantastic nurses from the Weldmar Hospice hoped look after our Nan when she was unwell so she could have her wish to remain at home.
