I am spending my gap year with the Christian charity Rock UK, who have 4 centres across the country where they run outdoor activities, including climbing and archery, for children. The Instructor Training Programme (ITP) is a discipleship year with a mix of faith, learning and adventure. I will spend the first 3 months training in Scotland and then the remainder of the year leading outdoor activities at the Carroty Wood centre in Kent. 

As part of this programme, they ask us to raise money for the charity so I would be very grateful for any support!
