This year I've been very lucky enough to work with BlackRock Investment bank and have seen the incredible fundraising the staff have done for such a great charity Children's Hospices across London.

As the charity representative for the partnership I thought it was only right to 'get stuck in' myself and help raise some money!

Climbing Kilimanjaro has alway been an ambition of mine just I never quite realised how big this challenge was until I signed up. I've done marathons and cycle rides in the past but this is definitely going to be my biggest challenge yet!
