Story
I am finally getting my hair cut! It's been well over a year since I had my hair cut, and I am deciding that more than just the tips have to go. The big day will be the 8 February!
I have put a couple of years into growing this hair and my hard work shouldn't go to waste, so I have decided to get it cut to provide a wig for children suffering hair loss. The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.
The Little Princess Trust;
- provides real hair wigs to children suffering hair loss due to cancer treatment. There is no charge for these wigs to the family.
- also helps children with alopecia and other illnesses causing hair loss with the donation of one wig.
- provides wigs at an average cost to the charity of £350-£500. The delivery of the wig is usually around two to three weeks.
So, the most important part of this is the hair that I will be donating, but the money does a lot to help the charity as well.
Thank you!
