I am taking part in the Spirit of Belron Challenge with my team 'Better Said Than Run' 

This event takes place on 23rd September and consists of a 750m swim (Clare), 20km cycle (me!) and 5km run (Connie)  to support the worthy cause that is Afrika Tikkun

I competed last year as part of a team and completed the 5k run however I want to push myself even further this year and cycle 20k. After not riding a bike for around 10 years - this is going to be very daunting but I am determined to reach the finish line!
