A few months ago we lost a very important person in our lives ..Our dear buddy Linzay Clark ..yes Linzay with a Z and Clark without an E lol!. Linzay still remain's in our thoughts on a daily basis and we still have a good old giggle or cry when we think about you bud! 

Linzay died suddenly On November 12th 2014.. at the tender age of 24. Linzay suffered from cardiomyopathy which is a heart muscle disease, however having this did not stop her in her active lifestyle, she lived life to the full and she was such an inspiration to all of us.

Myself and my friend Louise are raising money for the Cardiomyopathy Association which raises money to help and support families who have friends or relatives suffering from this disease.

We are taking up the challenge of running the Edinburgh Half Marathon on Sunday 31st of May. This is a challenge and a half for someone like myself who is bit of a lazy article when it comes to exercise..so we are getting ourselves off the couch and getting the trainers on :)
