Along with some friends from work, I will be taking part in the Stirling Triathlon on June 5th. This will be the first triathlon for all of us! We have been training hard over the past few months hoping to complete the 400m swim, 14km bike ride and 2.5km run in one piece. 

I have set up this page for anybody who would like to support us by donating money to Strathcarron Hospice.
