Story

I am doing a 10k fun run on Sunday February 7th at Nonsuch Park to raise money for Live Life then Give Life (LLTGL).  This is a charity that has been set up to save and improve the lives of all those in need or receipt of organ and tissue transplants. The charity exists to improve education and awareness of organ donation and to fund projects that increase the numbers of successful transplants in the UK.

My mum is supporting this charity as Lady Captain of Chipstead Golf Club this year, and it's a charity that's close to our hearts as a family friend of ours, Lisa (the same age as me!) who has Cystic Fybrosis, had a successful double lung transplant in April 2007, and it saved her life.  You can read her story at http://www.lltgl.org.uk/advocates/lisa_muscutt.php

So please donate some money to this worthy charity, and consider signing up to be a donor as well!  I'll let you know how I get on after the race. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you very much!
