Our niece Hannah-Michelle was 21yrs old, she was 36 weeks pregnant when she developed undiagnosed Peri Partum Cardiomyopathy. Her Beautiful baby boy was born on the 27/01/2013 whilst our beautiful girl went into cardio arrest. Hannah-Michelle was transferred from university hospital wales to Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham, where she was kept on life support which enabled our beautiful girl to meet her son. Hannah-Michelle became an angel 5 weeks after giving birth. We can never repay Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham but put positive energy into raising funds for their amazing efforts in their role of medicine. We specifically ask to put monies raised under our angels name and to be used in the areas of critical area D and rare diseases causes. I thank you for your donation as every £1 helps towards a cause that is dear to my heart and enable us to gave a positive story to Hannah-Michelle's son Gerwyn Tomas when he grows up.
