This September, we're doing Tough Mudder together, to raise funds for AFK where Rachel is lucky enough to work as Executive Director of Services. Its a small(ish) national charity with a big impact! 

This year, the AFK turns 30, so this is a bit of a Happy Birthday from us!

AFK offers a range of services for young people who have disabilities and autism, including providing Mobility Equipment for young people aged 0-25 where its not available on the NHS. The charity also offers Employability Services, by working in partnership with Schools and Colleges, through an in-house Supported Employment Programme, coordinating Travel Training packages, and has a bespoke Employment Brokerage too!
