I started running the month after Reuben moved to heaven as I wanted to do something to help. To say that has changed my life is an understatement! I have since ran 4 marathons, I'm a run leader at the club that got me running and I work full time for Reuben's Retreat! My best friend, Sarah, was Reuben's Childminder so I was lucky enough to meet Reuben. Sarah will be joining me along the way over the many events she is currently researching! Reuben’s Retreat was founded in August 2012, just 2 days after Reuben Graham died aged just 23 months old. His Mummy Nicola created the charity to help others who are facing or already dealing with similar heartbreak, walking side-by-side with families offering emotional and practical support for parents and siblings bereaved of a child and for families of life limited or threatened children who face uncertain futures.
