To mark World Mental Health Day 2020, Johnson & Johnson colleagues are invited to take on 37 Moments for Mental Health. You can run 37km or bake 37 cupcakes: you decide. You will be raising vital funds for Mental Health UK.

Story

I am taking part in the 37 Moments for Mental Health challenge, to mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2020. Just £37 could help someone in need of support have their call into one of Mental Health UKs helplines answered, and receive information and advice about the practical impact of living with a mental illness to someone in need of help. Thank you for your support!
