Last Summer, our grampa had a stroke caused by a blood clot in his brain, this has affected his speech and mobility. Without the work of doctors he wouldn't have recovered as well as he has. The Stroke Association fund research into preventing and treating strokes, and we are fundraising for them to allow them to continue this life changing work. We are taking part in Portsmouth Sprint Triathlon, involving a 750m open water swim, 20km cycle and 5km run. Please donate anything you can, no matter how small! Thankyou :) Rach and Dan xx
