Story
This May 19th, I am taking on the challenge of cycling 80 miles across the Oxfordshire and Berkshire countryside with a small team of my colleagues. We are all members of the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Centre for Psychological Health, and are passionately committed to the promotion of good mental health and the support of those who struggle with this. We've chosen to complete our ride on behalf of a brilliant mental health charity we work with, RESTORE, who work to empower people experiencing mental health difficulties, by supporting people to take control of their recovery, develop skills, find employment and lead meaningful lives.
This is a huge challenge for me that I'm in no way ready for!! But I am delighted to be joining my colleagues in doing this to raise money for RESTORE and I'd be so grateful for any donation big or small (it all adds up!) you could give to help me reach my fundraising target.
Thank you for taking the time to visit this page and read my story, please share and consider supporting me - every donation makes a difference! And check back for updates on my training journey... !
☺
