Hello folks,

In a moment of madness I signed up for the Great North Run.  I have never done it before but I am determined to make the 13 miles without stopping!

Now, I am not a runner but I thought that since the start of the race is a stones throw from my flat I should give it a go.  I cycled the route last year and the atmosphere is amazing so I want to be a part of that.

I am running for Breast Cancer Care, a very personal charity to me and my family, so please give generously, your money will be hugely appreciated.
