Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I have chosen to run for Amnesty International as I believe it is the right of every person to be able to say, out loud, what they want to say and not to be tortured, imprisoned, raped or murdered for it.   Amnesty defends the right of the individual to do just that and works to free those who have been imprisoned for speaking their minds.

My last 10k was a disaster as I had to pull out due to a tummy bug but I aim to do this one faster and better than before, despite the fact that I'm a year closer to decrepitude.
