The purpose of this page is to fundraise in aid of the Alsheimerz Society which fights against dementia.

Myself (Rachael), my mum and my sisters are taking part in a 'Memory Walk' which aims to raise around £2 million to support people living with dementia in thier local community.

The walk takes place on September 8th 2013 at Aintree Racecourse. 

We have chosen to go all the way and chose the longer length of walk available; 10km walk. 

This is a cause close to our hearts as our lovely great gran 'granny bean' (90 years old and still cycling!) currently suffers from alsheimerz so it is something that we come across every day of our lives, not only does it affect gran but also us.

We would be very grateful for any donation however small or big it all helps!
