The Great North Run is a run that I have always dreamt of running  for years I have been trying but unfortunately never got in to the Ballot, This year not getting in again I have been lucky enough to get a place through work with our chosen Charity this year Dementia UK.

Dementia is such a terrible illness which my Granddad is currently suffering it is so sad to see a man that was so fit and healthy as a changed man with  Dementia taking over :'-( It breaks my heart.

So its time to give something back and raise as much money as I can to help all the people out there working so hard for so many people that are suffering with this terrible Illness.

Not only have I entered the Great North Run I have entered to complete 1000 Miles in 2018 as a personal challenge.
