Story
Despite not having ever been able to run, the London Marathon is something I have always wanted to do. After the scary realisation that to do it before I'm 30 means running the next one, I put on my trainers and slowly worked my way through couch to 5k.
After losing my brother Alan to a long fight with depression almost three years ago, there was only ever one charity I wanted to do this for, which is why I have chosen Mind. Suicide is THE biggest killer of men under 45, so the more that can be done to help the better.
I'm just as nervous about raising a massive amount for a Mind as I am about having to run 26.2 miles, so please help me achieve one half of my challenge by donating.
Thanks very much
