Story
Albert Einstein told us “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting
different results”. So why then are Steve, Neil, Steve, Alison, Kirsty and Gavin doing exactly that! 2 years on from their last adventure they are taking on their 3rd ultra marathon. Well here's why. The Saracens Foundation, the charitable arm of Saracens. The foundation have built a huge reputation across north London and Hertfordshire, using the Saracens vision to inspire the community using the values of sport, physical activity and social opportunities as a catalyst for positive change, enabling the fulfilment of peoples potential.
Through its 30 programmes and over 13,000 participants, the
Foundation is able to provide support throughout the local community, across age groups, ethnic and disability backgrounds. Delivering over 16,000 hours of community programming. The work genuinely changes lives, as seen first hand by all of the team taking part.
So once again its bodies (well feet and legs mostly) on the line
again as we tackle Race to the tower!
Your role is one of support, all pledges to our target are so warmly received, and seeing that target creep up inspires us to keep taking the next step... so in answer to Albert, same thing? Yes. Different result? Maybe not but a huge total for the Foundation will do..
Thank you again for your time and donation.
