Story

On Sunday 21 May I will be running the Stirling marathon.  Firstly I am doing this to challenge myself.  It would also make me extremely happy to raise money for a great cause.

My cousin Elliot died in February last year.  Following his tragic death, the family have raised thousands of pounds for Jessies Fund which supports children in hospices, hospitals and schools through music therapy.  Your donation will help the charity to continue to reach out and enhance the lives of many ill children.

I remember discussing with Elliot the possibility of the sub 2 hour marathon. He was sure that it would happen one day. So on 21 May...Eliud Kipchoge watch yourself!  Jokes, I'll be delighted to run under 4 hours.  But it has been great to think of Elliot during the training runs and no doubt he'll be with me on the day.

While you are feeling generous, please support my three crazy cousins who are walking the West Highland Way in 3 days, also in memory of Elliot. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/westhighlandway3day
