As some of you will know, our good friend Robert Paulley lived with Motor Neurone Disease for over 5 years. He's sadly missed. The Euan MacDonald Centre helped him and many other patients with the latest technology and clinical care through their research in MND.

The Robert Ferguson Paulley Memorial Fund for MND Research hopes to assist in ending MND. This money goes directly to research and clinical care for MND sufferers.

We'll be taking part in a few road races over the next few months, feel free to come and cheer us on:

• MND Scotland Fun Run at Strathclyde Park - 6 miles (May)
• Loch Ness Marathon (September)
• Great Scottish Run 2014 - Half Marathon in Glasgow (October)
