In September I am going to cycle 969 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats in just 9 days; averaging over 100 miles a day, on the Deloitte Ride Across Britain

I am part of a team of 25 people from Lloyds Banking Group who are aiming to raise £95,000 for Alzheimer Scotland and Alzheimers Society

The Money raised will be used make an enormous difference to people living with dementia and those who care for them. It will be helping people stay connected to their communities and in control of their lives, ending the loneliness and isolation that affects so many people with dementia.
