Story
The last time I cycled was in 2014, when I organised the first Cycle2ADE with Resident Advisor to raise money to build the Bridges for Music school in Langa, South Africa.
Since then, the school has been built; 240 students have enrolled on their courses; they survived through the pandemic and continue to have a hugely positive impact on the local community - empowering young creatives from under-served communities through programs focused on creative entrepreneurship, well-being and music.
This year's cycle which is 500km, over 3 days is raising money to provide free programmes for local students, and to raise vital funds for Choose Love, a charity providing humanitarian aid and support to refugees.
How could I resist getting back on the saddle? I know times are tough for everyone at the moment, so whatever you could spare would be gratefully received <3
