Hi everyone,

I am taking part in the Great North Run (13.1 miles) again this year in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

This charity holds a special place in my heart because of the all the support they provided to me and my family when my Granddad went through cancer. Plus, they do wonders for so many others; providing practical, medical and financial support to sufferers and their families.

I'd really appreciate anything you could spare to help towards my donation to them. Plus, every penny will add towards my motivation to get through that finish line!!
