Is there someone in your family that's larger than life? That always makes you laugh or brings a smile to your face with stories and never says no to a crazy idea or adventure. That's my Uncle. Last year he was diagnosed with MND. It was a complete shock to us all. He is the toughest of us all and now he has his toughest time ahead of him yet. 

28th of August I will kayak solo from Fort William to Inverness along the great glen with the aim of completing the 60 miles in less than 48 hours.
